The food was at best bland, dripping with grease and often cold. Some dishes in the buffet were utterly foul and inedible. After a couple of mouthfulls we asked for a refund but were shouted at and told that as none of the other customers were complaining, we had no right to. We were refused a full refund and after agreeing to pay the price of one take out meal instead, were tricked into paying for 2 (as once we had handed over a 10 pound note there was no way we were getting the right amount of change back..). If their attitudes hadnt been so aggressive the less than mediocre food could have been forgiven and this review probably not written. Negative Suzie Goulden
