Wonderful real veggie food and every dish was delicious. Service too was excellent. Very accommodating and friendly place. It wasn't busy considering they have just relocated to Twickenham about 8 weeks ago.The best vegetarian restaurant ever . Would definitely recommend this lovely place. Positive Rumi

Got a Valentine's present from my girlfriend as I'm vegetarian. Perfect evening on the 14th of Feb. Very professional staff. The few things to mention; the person in the suit and PONY TAIL just standing behind the counter (doing nothing) is a Big No No! If that person is the manager , please get a hair cut, loose the suit (is NOT Blah,Blah,Blah style), and try to look that you like your job, interact with the customers, make them feel home and don't bully the staff! Speaking of the staff and management ; We didn't leave a tipp just because we got told (by the young waiter)that is not going to the staff?! Shame on whoever is taking the stuff £££, Maybe is for the manager to get another suit:) Food: FANTASTIC, Service: 5 STAR. Will return Cheers Maria&Steve Positive Steve Marshal

fantastic friendly place to consume a nice home type of cooking tasting of fresh herbs and spices. The potato cake with porcini sauce was mouth watering. Jonn (hubby) had the moussaka and he too enjoyed that. We finished the meal with a cheese cake and crumble. Not expensive for what you get plus we bought a nice red wine with us and payed a small corkage. We certainly recommend this placeXXXXX Positive Amrita brown

When reluctantly to this restaurant with my vegetarian friends and was pleasently surprised. Not sure what to order i went for the spicy curry and really enjoyed this dish which came with some onion bhajis, fresh mango pickle and papadoms. I was impressed with the taste and lovely fresh crisp texture of every thing on the plate. I deceided to try a starter now and ordered their tempura. This again was wonderful. The sauce was spicy and tangy with a strong lime aftertaste. I finished the meal with the tart of chocolate and this went down well after the spicy food. They have'nt a big choice of coffee but the filtered cup was okay. Definately be back with family . Positive Shinda

Our favourite place to relax and enjoy their wholesome beautifully presented meals. We are amazed that even during busy evenings they maintain their standards of taste and presentation. When we visited last time they extremely busy and had to wait longer than usual but it was worth it. Will book next time to get a table upstairs. Positive Jackie Smith

Over the past ten years I have regularly been to this restaurant, as it was a favourite of mine. However on a recent (Jan) visit, I was very disappointed with the quality and originality of the food. The starters were unimaginative and of poor quality. I had baked camembert, my partner had vegetable tempura. I was surprised that the camembert consisted of a lump of cheese, melted and served in a dish, with some grated red onions. The latter was not, but was supposed to be a relish. I was expecting camembert rolled in breadcrumbs, baked and set in a mould, not melted liquid. The tempura came with a dip, which was overpowered by tamarind. The batter was flavourless, greasy and seemed to have been cooked in stale oil. I am not proficient at cooking but I think I could have made a better attempt. The main course was moussaka which was even more disappointing especially as the presentation looked nice. The three small pieces of aubergines were undercooked and poorly seasoned, the mozzarella, sliced tomatoes and béchamel was cold and the accompanying tomato sauce seemed like a tin of cold chopped tomatoes was poured over it. The dish actually tasted horrible. The other main course was linguine. This was definitely better than the moussaka but it was something that could equally be created to a slightly better standard at home. After years of attending blah, blah, blah’s, I will not be going again. The menu has become much less creative than it used to be, the cooking quality and use and variety of ingredients used has plummeted. Negative Lynda

Went to this lovely restaurant with my neice last night and was extremely pleased with the meal and the atmosphere. They apparently had many diners arrive at the same time and were rushed to serve. Despite all this, all present seemed to be having a great time . I particullarily enjoyed the snitzel and the hazelnut chocolate tart(heavely). Definately will return soon.XXXXX Positive smith

Found this nice place on Saturday and we wre all pleasenty surprised. The food was excellent and service good even though they were quite busy and had some problems with some a party of misbehaved teenagers. Overall a nice place to relax and enjoy the nice cusine.By they way we are all meat lovers . Positive sam

I have mixed feelings about this place. Poor decor and extremely poor lighting for an evening meal. There are only 5 main course dishes, leaving limited choices. Food portions were small for the prices, and the food tasted ok. Worth a visit, and the staff were very friendly. Worth a visit, but I would only go there again if in the area, not worth going out of your way for. Neutral John

Excellent food ,friendly staff and very good value for the quality and the quantity you recieve. I was very full with the starter of the spicy kebab and the thai curry and my partner a meat person had two desserts and was satisfied. I wont have to drag him to "Blah Blah Blah" next time. Best vegetarian restaurant in London, no doubt. I've been coming here for nearly 15 years. Went last night with hubby for wedding anniversary. He's a passionate meat eater and loved it. Attentive service, great portions, very filling, quiet, intimate atmosphere. A ten out of ten. Positive Cuppy

We read some unpleasant recent reviews but still went with friends who are regulars here and we were all very happy with the politeness of staff and also food was just what we were told to expect. Apparently they have had to remove a member of staff and he has been sending bad reviews recently. You can not complain about portion sizes and taste. Food tastes fresh and put together beautifully . Thumbs up Positive Anthony Foster

A nice pleasant experience for first timers. Always passed this place as a boring place for veggies until recommended by someone. The menu is small but as explained all food is made to order hence they ran out of some dishes. As a meat lover i surprisingly enjoyed my meal of potato cake with a a rich mushroom sauce, and my partner loved the cocs cous with roasted veg and a lot of almonds , pomengrante seeds and currants. We left feeling satisfied and will try desserts next visit soon. Thumbs definately up for vegetables cooked like this. Positive Geoffrey Nelson

We visited last week through recommendation of vegetarian friends and they were absolutely right about taste, presentation and value. We took expensive wine as they are BYO and only paid a small corkage for our enjoyment. We are all meat eaters and we left happy and satisfied. We are planing a revisit without telling our veggie mates. Nice place with nice people in this part of Shepherds Bush. Positive Mark Brown

Really nice place to eat and impress mates. Their prices are for what you get I feel are on the cheap side. They are very helpful and work had to impress. Serving plates could be warmer as I am a slow eater and enjoy hot food. Despite this I love this place and intend to be a loyal customer for as long as I can. Cheers! Positive Frank

We dined here on saturday. Food was amazing. Each one of us was pleasently surprised on the quality and quantity given. All of the dishes we ordered were full of beautiful flavours and presentation was excellent. Very good value for what you get. The BYO policy saves money also. The whole evening was enjoyable but for the blond waitress who was rushing us to pay our bill without our request, as it was fairly early for a saturday night. We shall be back soon to enjoy moreof their cooking. Positive Sital

Really great food, very fresh taste and wonderful exciting flavours. Great varied menu. I have been twice in the last two weeks and myself and partner really loved our meals. Would not bother with the starter as mains and puddings are huge and are all homemade and yummy. Nice atmosphere and reasonable prices. Positive Charlotte Dormon
