We had vindaloo and navatran korma, and garlic and paneer naan. My vindaloo was very spicy, but otherwise delicious. (i.e. two-glasses-of-water heat) My friend had the korma, and she enjoyed it - it was flavorful but not overly fatty/oily. Both dishes went well with the basmati rice. (which included cumin seeds) Poppadums that came with a tamarind dipping sauce were included as a starter. Prices aren't unreasonable, and the service was good. the atmosphere was pretty relaxed, but appears to be more of a fine dining. Positive Tim Adcock/Jessica I

One night I decided on trying Angan restaurant and ordered their GOBHI-MUTTER/ALOO:Fresh cauliflower sauted potatoes stir fried with MILD spices. MILD spices is exactly what they were not.The dish was drowned in thick pieces of fresh ginger, thick pieces of peppers etc so each time I took a bite cauliflower and potatoes there were those ginger chunks and believe me according to the menu this was not what I bargained for. I can handle hot dishes that wasn't the issue when I say the spices were not mild. The point is by adding too many things they took away from an otherwise simple delicious dish. Hey they even had too many peas in there and no problem, aloo sometimes has peas but other restaurants that put peas say it in their menu not Angan. So basically besides too many things in it it was waayy too salty and oily. Would not recommend their Aloo Gobi. Negative Sunita
